New organizational structure for BU Projects to guarantee perfect implementation of the German corridor projects

The Prysmian Group announces the new organizational structure and management appointments for its Projects business unit, which is responsible for high-voltage submarine cables and underground cable systems for energy transmission. The goal is to capitalize on the opportunities presented by the energy transition and ensure the flawless execution of recently won projects for the realization of the German corridors.

Detlev Waimann has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of the Projects business unit and will be responsible for submarine cables for energy and telecommunications transmission, high-voltage underground cable systems, and offshore specialty areas. Alberto Boffelli has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Projects business unit and will be responsible for the project execution phase, including installation and commissioning.
